About membership registration


By registering as a member, you can enjoy a smooth shopping experience without entering your customer information when making a purchase. We also distribute special promotions and announcements only for members. There are no annual fees or registration fees for membership registration.
 

To register as a new member, please click"Member Registration"on the login page.

 

Ordering Process


  1. Select the product to purchase
    Select the desired product and quantity from the online store and click "Add to Cart".

  2. Items in cart
    Check the items in your cart and click "Make Payment".

  3. Log in, Member registration
    If you are already a member, log in with your email address and password.
    If you are a new member and trying to make a purchase, click on "Already have an account here?" and enter the required information to complete your membership registration.
    ※Membership is FREE.
    To purchase without registering as a member, click the "Guest Purchase" button, enter your information and click the "Next" button.

  4. Enter customer information
    *Depending on your e-mail account, you may not receive an automatic e-mail. Please check your spam mail settings.

  5. Select payment method
    You can use various credit cards, Amazon Pay, paypay, or paidy.

  6. Confirm your order
    Confirm the details of your order and click "Complete Order" to complete the payment.
    You will receive an order confirmation e-mail (automatic e-mail).

    * We do not accept orders for the purpose of reselling products. If we determine that an order is being placed for the purpose of resale, such as by purchasing a large quantity of a particular product or by placing multiple orders for the same product, we may cancel the order regardless of whether the order has been completed. Please understand this in advance.

■Shipping methods

We do not allow customers to choose their own delivery method. Also, we do not accept delivery date and time zone requests in principle. However, if for some reason you wish to specify a delivery method, date, or time zone, please be sure to contact us in advance [before placing your order]. We will not accept your request after you have placed your order. Please understand this in advance.

■ Delivery times

We use shipping methods with a tracking number to ensure delivery of your items.
This does not apply to areas where natural disasters or large-scale events are being held. Please understand this in advance.

■ About damage during shipping, etc.

We take great care when packing to avoid scratches and dents on the outer boxes, but after delivered to shipping companies, there is a possibility that some problems or damage may occur during transportation due to the responsibility of the shipping companies.
Please forgive any scratches or dents on the outer box that do not interfere with the use of the main unit.

Return and Exchange Policy


We take the utmost care in shipping your orders, but in the unlikely event that we find the "wrong product" or "defective product," we will replace it with a good product that is identical to the product you ordered. [Except in the cases described in the next section (Exchange period and conditions)]
If you wish to exchange the product, please contact us within 8 days after the product arrives and return the product to us.
Please note that no refunds or price reductions will be made in the case of defective items.
In the event that an exchange is not possible due to out-of-stock, we will issue a refund.
(The refund method for credit card payments will be in accordance with the credit card company.)

 

■Exchange period and conditions

①Cancellation, change, or return of products for the customer's convenience after the order confirmation e-mail has been received
②Failure to notify us of defective products within 8 days of delivery
③ If any part of the product, such as accessories, is lost due to the customer's responsibility
④If the product is defaced or damaged due to the customer's responsibility 
⑤If the product has been used even once
⑥Other cases in which we deem it unacceptable to exchange the product in accordance with the above

If you do not receive an "Order Confirmation E-mail" after placing an order, there is a possibility that the contract has not been executed. so please contact us if you do not receive an "Order Confirmation E-mail".


Please note that the cooling-off system is applied to door-to-door sales, so the cooling-off system is not applied to our mail-order shopping store, which is accessed by customers.

 

■About shipping cost for exchange

We will bear the shipping costs of replacing defective items or incorrectly shipped items.
