Fees other than the product price

・Delivery fees for some areas (Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands) is 1,000 yen for purchases less than 3,980 yen including tax.

※Tax included amounts on this site are calculated based on a consumption tax rate of 10% (8% for reduced tax rate products). If the consumption tax rate is changed, the amount including tax will also be changed.

Delivery time

Normally 2-5 days after the order is confirmed.
※Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and during the year-end and New Year vacations, so it may take some extra time for delivery.

Explanation of return policy

Number of days that items can be returned

within 8 days of receipt of goods. However, exchanges and returns will not be accepted in the following cases

Return shipping costs
